1. SHIPPING

In most cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process, and use reasonable endeavours to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within 48 hours following the date of the order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date.

We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 1 working day following the later of receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation.

Domestic shipping

UK Mainland: Free Next Day Delivery
UK Islands: Shipping costs and times vary. Please contact us for more details.

International shipping:

For most products, we do not offer delivery to adresses outside of the United Kingdom, however International Shipping options may be available in some cases. Please contact us for more information.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Upon delivering age restricted products (such as alcohol), our third-party supplier may obtain the adult recipients signature.

4. ORDER STATUS & DELAYED ORDERS

When the status of your order is changed, you will always receive an email notification from us. Alternatively, you can check the status of you order on the “My Account” page of the website you ordered from.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
