In 1998 the William Fevre Domaine was bought by Joseph Henriot, owner of the Henriot Champagne. Henriot has been single-minded in his aim to produce William Fevre wines that are the purest expression of Chablis terroir. Premier Cru and Grand Cru make up more than half their vineyards producing a portfolio that is incomparable and sets the standard for classic Chablis.
