Terrazas Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of the emblematic terroirs of the Estate. Each vineyard’s grapes have unique aromas that reflect the specific altitude and soil. When put together in Terrazas, they become facets of a layered and complex expression of Mendoza terroirs. We had a vision to create cabernet differently – we were not looking for advanced ripeness but rather a lively fruit expression and balanced mouthfeel, avoiding excess of tannins to preserve the elegance. That was the point of differentiation of Terrazas Cabernet Sauvignon – Hervé Birnie-Scott. Intense garnet red with purple shades. Fruity (blackberry and blueberry) with subtle spicy and smoky notes, nicely layered and fresh, the gentle structure highlights the elegance and balance of this wine. Cellaring potential: 10 years.
