Inspired by the famous LIDO in Venice, this stunning new Rosé Prosecco is a pure delight. It has a lovely delicate pink colour with hints of violet tones plus inviting aromas of fresh cherries, wild berries and white fruits. It is a Brut classification, so it has a lower residual sugar of 12g/litre. Being a skinny type of Prosecco, it is dry to your taste and will have lower calories than many. The taste is crisp and fleshing, with just a hint of natural sweetness. You will find the bubbles are fine and persistent. This LIDO Pink Prosecco is made with Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from the heart of the Prosecco DOC region in Veneto, Northern Italy. It is just perfect for enjoying as an aperitif or pairing with delicate salty and fatty foods such as: fish, seafood, salami, cured meats such as Palma ham, pasta, risotto and white meats. The bottle features a striking image reflecting the wine’s Italian inspiration of the Lido in Venice.
