Description
History: 5 generations of the Pizzolato family have made wine in this region. The estate has been organic since 1991 and works closely with neighboring organic growers. The wine is from the Veneto wine region in the north east of Italy. GRAPES: Merlot VINIFICATION: The grape follow a reduced red wine making technique, with a shorter skin maceration it giving it a lighter colour. ALCOHOL: 10.5% vol. COLOR: Light pink with golden hues. TASTING NOTES: Delicate structure with good acidity, sweet flavour and smoothness. Persistent. Floral and fruity aroma.
