• PALE GOLD – Our Classic Reserve is pale gold with delicate and fine long-lasting bubbles. The beautifully complex bouquet combines aromas of green apples with creamy nougat and freshly baked brioche.
• WINEMAKER EMMA RICE – “Blending this wine was the Eureka moment – the whole team recognised the distinct Hattingley style immediately as it came together in the glass.”
• 2015 HARVEST – Our Classic is based on the 2015 Harvest made up of 53% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier developed over time with 3 years ageing on lees to add roundness and character.
• CONSISTENCY – To ensure consistency of our signature style, 23% of reserve wines (that naturally softened and developed over time in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks) were added to the blend.
• Produced in rural Hampshire, England.
