• WINEMAKER EMMA RICE – The wines from 2014 practically made themselves, all from vineyards in Sussex and Hampshire. This wine is elegant and refined with potential to age beautifully in the bottle
• 100% CHARDONNAY – Approximately 13% of the total blend was fermented in old oak barrels and partial malolactic fermentation took place to provide a round and creamy texture
• FIVE YEARS – After five years ageing on lees in bottle to add complexity and depth
• Produced in rural Hampshire, England
