The Bowl Grabber Crémant is a classy dry & crisp sparkling wine that comes from Limoux, the birthplace of sparkling wine.

Carefully selected by a Master of Wine, this award winning Crémant is to be enjoyed without pomp or ceremony! It’s easy drinking, crisp, light-bodied, packed with fresh orchard fruits and a hint of honey.

It was made the traditional way; during pressing of the grapes, the first juice is collected to make the prestige or ‘tête de cuvée’. The wines are then blended and a second fermentation in the bottle is produced by adding the ‘tirage’ liqueur. Whilst the wines spend nine months on the lees, the secondary bottle fermentation occurs. After nine months, the neck of the bottle is frozen to expel the trapped sediment.

Oh, and what’s in a name? A Bowl Grabber?!? That’s someone who holds their glass by the bowl, not the stem. A faux pas I hear you say?!? Yes indeed; because we’re for people who love enjoying great wine not endlessly discussing etiquette!
